Terms and Conditions of Sale — Pressiat

1. Seller Identification and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed on pressiat.live (the “Site”), operated by VGP DESIGN, a French SAS (simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €1,000, registered office at 8 rue du Château Landon, 75010 Paris, France, registered under SIRET 953 893 021 00014, VAT number FR13 953893021.

By placing an order on the Site, the customer (“you”) accepts these Terms in full, without reservation. These Terms are available in French and English; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

2. Products, Made-to-Order Pieces, and Prices

Pressiat offers ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces. Product descriptions, materials and images are presented as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur, particularly for handmade items.

Most pieces are made to order upon receipt of payment, with a production lead time of approximately one month before shipment.

Prices are displayed all taxes included (VAT included) for customers in France and the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, displayed prices include applicable customs duties (Delivered Duty Paid) — no additional charge is collected on delivery.

Pressiat reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Order Process

To place an order, select the desired product(s), add them to your cart, and follow the checkout steps to enter your delivery and billing details. Creating an account is not required to order.

An order confirmation email is sent to the address provided once payment is accepted. This confirmation constitutes the sales contract between Pressiat and the customer.

An unpaid order is automatically cancelled after 24 hours. Once confirmed and paid, an order cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer, except as provided under the right of withdrawal (Section 6).

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. Pressiat does not store any bank card details.

Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be subject to manual verification before shipment.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped via Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DHL or UPS depending on the destination, to the delivery address provided by the customer, including pickup points and, where accepted by the carrier, PO boxes.

Given the made-to-order nature of most pieces, the estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes the production lead time (approximately one month) plus shipping time. Shipments over €300 in value are sent insured.

Pressiat ships to France, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and internationally, except to countries subject to international sanctions or trade embargoes. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the address provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the goods to return an item, without having to give a reason. This period includes and exceeds the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under French law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), and applies to all pieces, including those made to order in standard sizes.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, only pieces made to measure or personalised to the customer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return requests must be made by email to contact@pressiat.live. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer may choose between a refund, a store credit, or an exchange. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Legal Warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under these guarantees, the customer may obtain a repair, replacement, or refund, free of charge, for defects existing at the time of delivery.

8. Liability

Pressiat's liability may not be engaged for non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the customer's own fault, the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or a force majeure event.

Pressiat cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been handed over to it.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with Pressiat's Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to a consumer mediation service prior to any legal action. Absent an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the customer's country of residence.
